Life & things that matter

Life & things that matter New: "Never look at what a politician says". blog:http://genevannmilton.blogspot.com/ You gotta read this one!

Never look at what a politician says you don't have to be poor Key To Life # 1.3 Words will Fail You Trust Your Gut

Participate, or others will run your life...the wrong way! The American tax system is just as broken as the one in Greece; ours is just broken in a different way. America’s tax system is broken by loopholes put there by our government officials (the seedy ones) who want to help their rich friends at the expense of the rest of America and the American, then divvy up rewards from the duping behind closed doors. When you don't speak up, people take advantage of you because they think you're stupid. I'll explain what that means later in this article. Shouldn't our government, you know, the one that's run by the people for the people, be a standalone entity that punishes those who try and use it and abuse it for their own demented personal agenda or selfish greed like money and politics?

Why did we, the American people, allow OUR government to fall so far out of touch with us? Could it be because the average American became content with a little food in the frig, a television, a car payment and a late model car in the driveway of their rented space? Most people stop there. We (you) must start caring more about what laws are being legislated by local, state and federal governments (since this post was originally written, we are seeing more Americans on watch and challenging new proposed laws). We've been behaving like a child locked away in his bedroom with his favorite video game? Nothing else matters to him at that time. American adults don't have that luxury. Their politicians are shanking them whenever they can.

If you don't say something about the laws being made, you can't say anything after they go into effect. An example of this might be; how a father's rights got pushed further and further out the door as their children wonder and suffer for them. Feminists strived for more laws that favor the woman. As a result of their overkill in courts, fathers lost their rights to their children lest they pay money until they are homeless. Remember, for one side to have more, the other side must settle for less, right? Its called oppression and courts don't give a damn about the children if they are willing to separate them from their fathers or their mothers. This is a free country right, so why are Americans so afraid to speak up to lawmakers? Occupy Wall Street should have never had to happen because Americans should have been all over that problem long before we had to take it to the streets. I always thought we were smarter than that.

Tip, never look at what a politician SAYS to get into office; look at the "person" and what they DO.  If we don't our kids and grandkids will be going through this same crap over and again, you know, a recession every three years till there's a depression that's called a great recession because it sounds better. While all along "we the people" suffer these so-called great recessions. I've news for you, those recessions are deliberate. So why are Americans so prone to be walked on over the past 30 years? Is it because they just don't speak up, or won't speak up? No! Its because they aren't voting smartly. Do we do nothing until there's no food in the frig, no television in the living room, no car parked outside, and no roof to keep the rain off the family? Or, maybe we want the family units in America to go away. Yes, homosexual behavior sends a terrible message to young children in America, but its been around since time began. You won't eradicate that. But, you can manage its influence on children. We address lawmakers as a people? Are we really that shiftless?

The right to life argument, same thing. Republicans want right to life in the womb, but don't support the right to life after birth. If they did, they'd of been first to implement a health care program for Americans. They're full of shit, they just want what the oligarchs want, no taxation on the super-rich. Occupy Wall Street should have taken place 30 years ago when the government began allowing banks to abuse you with credit card fees because all it did was get worse and worse. What you don't speak up about will continue. When you suspect there's something wrong, there usually is! Make no mistake about it, the American people are just as guilty as big banks and government for the problems we face in America, in fact even more so, after all, it is a government by the people for the people, right? When something is working against you it's probably because you've been bullish*tted and lied to. But, why? Because you've shown that you will follow them even when you know they're consummate liars. You gave them permission to mislead you, so they take that as permission to operate against you without your consent.

Deregulation, trickle-down economics that really worked didn't it? And they must have known
that had been tried and failed by a previous president, Eisenhower! As did putting the mentally ill, the sick and wounded out onto the streets, we all had second thoughts about that one, but not one American stood up against it, they never told you how many Americans that killed, did they. Millions! The result, the mentally ill, the sick and the wounded, drug addicts and vets are homeless we see on our street for the last 30 years. America should be ashamed of itself for that! Maybe what goes around does come back around America. Because R. Reagan spent his last days senseless and wondering aimlessly with an empty mind out in the wilderness. He was a lier, he didn't cut your taxes, he cut the taxes on the rich! You ended up paying MORE taxes!

Americans, don't be afraid to take the high ground, you, your loved ones, and anybody even remotely connected to you in any way stands to benefit from it when you take responsibility to think higher. Martin Luther King took the higher ground, he saw the ugliness in America's hypocrisy and spoke up about it, and it FORCED the rest of us to see the reality of what was wrong with America at that time. He was simply showing us something, and at the expense of his own life. It was that important to him, and whether you face it or not, it was that important to the rest of us too! We have to align ourselves with the messages we as a nation put out there to the rest of world if we're going to lead it. We can't just say we're great, we have to be great! Each and everyone who is American carries a responsibility to be great. And, why not? Its great to be great.

The upright, hard-working, value-based (as in good wholesome values) Americans can no longer be complacent and content with less or the status quo, the unsavory know that about you and are working 24/7 to get more for themselves and to kick you to the curb! Wake up Americans, open your eyes and keep them open, don't go into denial about what you see out there. Reagan quietly abolished the middle class in America 30 years ago leaving only rich and poor people, so if you're wondering why you couldn't improve your standard of living over the past 30 years, that's probably why. The middle class carries our country. Once again, when you suspect there's something wrong, there usually is, don't wait until it hits you over the head before you do something about it.

All I'm saying is participate, speak up for yourself. Keep your eyes open and don't be afraid to speak out about things you question. If you won't do it for yourselves, then do it for your children and grandchildren. Is this what you’ve been working so hard for all your life, only to have it taken away from you by sly undermining Republican politicians? Democrats lie too! And, they plant things in your head too. Americans got into trouble this way because big business was allowed to go unchecked by elements of American government policymakers who are one and the same. When you let the fox guard the chicken house you will lose your chickens. Now you don't eat so well. You guard it! How? Get involved, be wise, listen to the media reports about these people and think, how will there ideas/proposals affect me, my family, my friends, my life, and vote. America is indeed the greatest place in the world to be, but it’s we the people that must keep it that way, not the government and not big business. Vote, it is your duty! Positive change is coming for ALL Americans, let's keep it coming.
